DetectAI is designed to operate entirely on your device. No accounts are required. No user content is transmitted to our servers.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the DetectAI mobile application ("DetectAI" or "the App").

2. On-Device Processing

DetectAI does not transmit submitted media, URLs, or scan results to any server. DetectAI does not upload user content for processing. We do not store submitted media on external servers.

3. Local Device Storage

For user convenience, DetectAI may store up to the 500 most recent scan results locally on your device.

This data is stored only on your device.
It is not transmitted to us.
We do not have access to this locally stored data.
You may delete this data at any time by deleting the app or clearing app data.

4. Advertising

DetectAI displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including:

Google AdMob (Google LLC)

These advertising partners may automatically collect certain information in order to provide ads, which may include:

Device identifiers
IP address
Approximate location
Device type and operating system
Ad interaction data

This information is collected directly by the advertising partner and is subject to their privacy policies. DetectAI does not access, control, or store this data.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

DetectAI does not:

Require user accounts
Collect names or email addresses
Collect usernames or passwords
Collect or store submitted media on external servers
Track users across apps
Sell user data

All AI detection functionality operates fully offline.

Aside from advertising services described above, DetectAI does not share data with third-party analytics providers, AI services, or cloud processing services.

7. Data Security

Because DetectAI does not maintain user accounts or remote databases, we do not store personal user content on external systems.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
